INFORMATION

Condominium Travel Club, Inc.  (CTC) - Registered travel club, incorporated in 1988, CTC has enrolled thousands of members nationwide. CTC has expanded its product offerings yearly to meet the demands of our members wanting the most from their leisure time. Working with some of the best service providers in the industry, CTC now offers thousands of Condominiums at prices starting as low as $99 a week for members as well as member only discounts on Hotel/Motels, Golf, Car Rentals and other leisure services and facilities for prices consistently lower than the public can find and the lowest at the time travel plans are secured. Nineteen years of experience in the resort and travel business has allowed us to establish credibility amongst our service providers and clients. This gives us the edge in pricing and fulfillment, which translates to real value and quality accommodations for our members.

Pulaski Tickets & Tours, Inc. (Tickets & Tours) - Fully licensed, ARC appointed travel agency incorporated in 1991. Tickets and Tours has handled travel accommodations for corporate and leisure travelers throughout the nation. Members can book all their travel through our agency and enjoy the best deals on cruises, airfare, car rentals, all inclusive vacations and other leisure services. We go above and beyond normal agencies to research your vacations and take care of Condominium Travel Club members.

LEADERSHIP
Patrick Hartough Patrick Hartough, Owner and President of Condominium Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets and Tours Travel Agency and currently Vice President of Resort Developers Association, has over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Resort and Travel industry. Association Graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Patrick started from the "ground up" in the Private Resort Industry. From frontline sales at All Seasons Resorts in 1985 to owner and President of East Coast Resorts in 1988, a wealth of operations, sales and marketing experience gives him the sensitivity necessary to make CTC and Tickets & Tours responsive to the needs of our members.
Angela Reiter Angela Reiter, Vice-President of Condominium Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets and Tours Travel Agency, has over 19 years in the travel and resort industry, starting her career in San Diego, California as a travel agent. She then moved to New York where she serviced 2500 members as manager of reservations, rentals and security for 7 years at East Coast Resorts. During that same time period she ran operations for CTC and now continues to oversee operations for both CTC and Tickets & Tours. Mrs. Reiter's sensitivity to the needs of members plays a crucial part in customer satisfaction.
Karen Price Karen Price - Officer, Master Travel Agent & Manager of Pulaski Tickets & Tours has over 19 years experience in the travel industry. She owned and operated the travel agency since it's beginning in 1991 until sold to Patrick Hartough in 2003. She holds a 2-year degree in Travel Agency Management. As a travel agent, she has continued her education by earning the status of a Certified ARC specialist, Certified Cruises, Inc. specialist along with earning certificates and specializing in various travel opportunities including but not limited to Disney College of Knowledge, Sandals Resorts and Hotel Sales with hotel chains such as Marriott & Hyatt, with cruise lines such as Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Princess, and Royal Caribbean Lines, tour operations and different travel destinations.

Karen has traveled extensively throughout Europe, The Caribbean, Mexico and the Continental United States and is passionate about cruising. Karen looks forward to working with all our members individually or organizing your next group booking.

Condominium Access

Access to private time-share condominium units is made possible through your membership with CTC. Reservations must be made for one (1) week at a time and limited to the number of weeks described in the membership agreement. Check-in dates are set by the individual resort and usually occur on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A completed “Request Form” must accompany each week requested. Once time is confirmed on a weekly basis, you have purchased that time and it is non-refundable. Reservations for condominiums are made on a space available basis. Only members may use accommodations purchased through CTC.

Rental Fees

Up to ½ off the public rate, as stated online or posted on our Hot Weeks.

Form of Payment

We require a guaranteed form of payment at the time of booking. We accept checks, money orders and Major Credit Cards only. All checks must be payable in U.S. Funds, and must be stated as such on an out-of-country check.

Things You Need to Know When using a Request Form

1) All Request Forms must be submitted in writing, emailed, mailed or faxed to our office. They are available from our office or online. .2) We will verify receipt of your request via e-mail or phone call. 3) In order to provide you with the best and most efficient service… Please do not call us continually to check the status of your request. If you have not heard from us it simply means we are still working on your request. Remember it is a complicated process not a simple reservation service like booking a hotel room.

If you can no longer wait and need to make other plans, just call us to cancel your request. We will keep your request open unless we hear from you to cancel the request. 4) A representative will call you when your request is confirmed. Extra fees (if any) will be explained to you such as all-inclusive fees, local taxes, utility surcharges, security deposits, or special process fees charged by the resorts. 5) Remember, once your reservation is confirmed, there will be no opportunities for refunds. Therefore, when making a request, be sure it is where and when you want to travel. If you need to cancel, be sure to do so before we call with a confirmed request.

Requests

We will take phone, email or fax requests. We require you to follow up your phone request by sending us a signed Request Form by mail or fax or a completed request form online. When calling in a request, we need to know all information filled out on your request form. We will not confirm your request until we receive your Request Form.

Flexibility

It is important to be flexible when making a request. Do not limit your request to one resort, one area or one particular week. This will only limit your chances for a successful vacation and you may find that we cannot fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee a particular request will be fulfilled; requests will be filled on a space available basis.

Plan Ahead

You may place your request 3 days to 1 year in advance of your anticipated travel dates. The more lead time you give your vacation request, the better chances of being confirmed. If you must vacation on Holidays, please plan ahead 6 months to 1 year, especially for prime summer or winter vacation destinations. This is the period of greatest demand.

Confirmation

Written confirmation will be sent out. All pertinent information for you to contact the accommodation(s) is furnished on the confirmation. All confirmations are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Only those named on the confirmation may occupy the accommodations. There is a fee to change name after confirmation. When we call you with a confirmation of an accomodation(s), we have obtained that facility for you and you only. If it is what you requested, it is yours and you have purchased a vacation. If it is an alternative accommodation area other than submitted, you have the right to accept or decline the confirmation. If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date. Once a request has been confirmed as you requested, verbally or in writing, the fees charged are non-refundable. Confirmations will be sent First Class via U.S. Mail. These documents will be mailed to the address given on the request form. We can have your documents delivered by an express mail company for an additional fee. We will not assume the responsibility for documents not received due to failure of the U.S. Postal Service.

Guests’ Responsibilities

The member will be responsible for any damage, abuse or vandalism to any room, condo-apartment, common area, etc. caused by the member or guest except for normal wear and tear. Resort facilities, amenities and services vary by country, location and resort. Room accommodations vary in size, decor and interior detail. Members must abide by the rules and regulations of the resort they are visiting. All resorts insist that a responsible adult (over age 25 for condominiums) is responsible for any charges incurred at the individual resorts. New reservations will not be confirmed if there are outstanding charges from previous vacations.

 How Condominium Resorts Operate

Some of our inventory of rental weeks comes from timeshare owners turning in their owned weeks for other vacations. We have no control over which resorts, destinations or dates are going to be relinquished by an owner. We use a network of brokers that keeps track of all inventory in particular areas and resorts. As inventory becomes available, we confirm your request.

 Airline Travel

Please be careful when purchasing penalty type tickets to a requested destination before your vacation request is confirmed. If you decide to do so, please make alternate hotel reservations that you will be happy with for your requested dates. We cannot be held responsible if you purchase a non-refundable or other penalty type ticket to a destination before your vacation request is confirmed.

Low Rate Guarantee

All resort reservations booked through CTC are guaranteed to be the lowest rate. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same condo, you must contact CTC within 24 hours of confirming your reservation through CTC. CTC will either refund the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty. This guarantee does not apply to special events or holidays.

In order to be eligible for the Low Rate Guarantee, CTC must be contacted within 24 hours of confirming your reservation through CTC.
The new lower rate must be for the same condo on the same dates, and available for booking.

Condo Club Points

  • Every time you vacation, you earn points from your purchase!
  • For every $100.00 you spend on your Condo accommodations you receive 5 points.  
  • Each point is worth $1.00 and you can use those points towards your next trip.  
  • Condo Club Points expire one year from date earned, date of travel or date issued.  
  • Points cannot be used for Hot Weeks, live inventory booked online or other special discount programs offered on Condos.  
  • Points cannot be transferred to friends or family.  
  • Points must be presented at time of Condo request.  
  • Not valid if presented after condo is confirmed.

The bookings you make online are managed by one of our many vendor's websites. Although Condominium Travel Club only uses the top vendors in the industry, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all the information provided by third-party websites. Please pay careful attention to the content, rules, and restrictions of any bookings you plan to make online. Many online bookings are non-refundable, cannot be changed, or impose penalties or charges for changes and cancellations.

Please note that pricing and availability change constantly. Unless you successfully complete your reservation online, we cannot guarantee the price or availability of cars or flights quoted online if you call into our office.

Refund Policy

Payments for Annual Dues or Annual Subscription Services:

Providing funds have cleared, refunds will be given within 30 (thirty) days from the date payment is made. Please allow 30 to 60 days to process refund.
