Jennifer graduated with a degree in Travel & Tourism and while in college she spent a semester working at Disney World in Florida as part of the college program. She has been in the customer service field for 15 years, 7 of which have been dedicated to the Travel Industry. As a travel agent, she has continued her education earning her a status as a Certified ARC specialist along with earning certificates and becoming a specialist in various travel opportunities including but not limited to Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt hotels, Nickelodeon Family of Suites, Walt Disney College of Knowledge, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Cancun Tourism Institute, Las Brisas Resorts, Club Med, NCL Cruises, Kauai Island, Palace Resorts, Grenada, US Airways Vacations and Germany.
